Using social media to help your business
Having a live website is no guarantee that you'll get more customers. You need to give it a helping hand.
The first thing most of us do when we’re looking for products or services is look online - we'll check Google and follow the search result links. We'll look at business websites, directories, social media pages and review sites. We'll read comments from other people and all of this will help us decide whether this is the right product or service for us.
By having your business online in more places than just your website, you help people have more chance of finding you, especially if you're posting great information on your social media and have the added benefit of good customer comments. Research has also shown that well done social media brings credibility to your business and people will intuitively feel a sense of trust which may just prompt that phone call or next buying customer.
Think of social media as an extension of your awesome customer service :)
